I honestly do not know much about real estate and housing development, even in America. It is one area that I was willing to sit still to listen and flounder around a bit. Today, we visited Parsvnath Developers Ltd., a leading high-class housing developer. Their flagship housing development, PrideAsia, showed just how secluded a person can get. Although the demand is slowing to 13%, the future of real estate in India is $90 billion by 2015. Amazing. The one resource they lack to make these housing developments, however, is skilled workers. Architects. Engineers. Foremen. At least we know what India needs, but how are they going to get it?
